Key Responsibilities:

• Provision and configure laptops and virtual machines

• Implement asset management strategies for user devices

• Oversee and address software deployment issues

• Prioritize request fulfillment and incident responses

• Conduct thorough maintenance for user hardware

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology

• Minimum 1 year IT experience expected

• Familiarity with Autopilot, Intune, or Azure is advantageous

• Experience with hardware repair and refurbishments

• Programming competencies with relevant language skills are an asset
