Business​/ERP Systems Analyst

Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. is searching for an ERP Systems Analyst to join the technology team of a well-established and growing manufacturing organization. This position offers an opportunity to play a critical role in the training and ongoing development of Microsoft NAV / Business Central ERP system.

The successful candidate will serve as the organization's subject matter expert for Microsoft NAV / Business Central ERP system, ensuring the system operates efficiently, securely, and effectively to support business operations. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, the ERP Systems Analyst will analyze business requirements, configure system enhancements, support integrations, maintain data integrity, and identify opportunities to improve operational processes through technology.

In addition to ERP administration responsibilities, the ERP Systems Analyst will lead reporting and analytics initiatives by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making throughout the organization. This role will also collaborate with business leaders to identify key performance indicators and reporting requirements while promoting best practices in data visualization and analytics.

Qualified candidates will possess hands-on experience with Microsoft NAV / Business Central and demonstrate strong capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and Power BI development. Experience supporting network systems, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365 and Azure, and ERP environments is highly desirable. Our ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.

Please note, this role requires the ERP Systems Analyst to be on-site. This is NOT a remote or hybrid opportunity.

Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $90 000 - $100 000. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
