Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to prioritize and gather CRM enhancements

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to ascertain requirements

• Analyze business processes and user feedback for improvements

• Build relationships across technology and business divisions

• Identify risks and opportunities for Salesforce CRM evolution

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of related business experience

• Two years in a Business Analyst role

• Strong knowledge of applications and workflows

• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce

• Relevant professional certifications considered an asset
