Reporting to the Manager of Network Infrastructure, you will provide operational support in managing telephony and data centre equipment. Tasks will involve monitoring, installation, and troubleshooting of various IT systems crucial to campus communications. Effective communication and thorough documentation practices will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monitoring and maintenance of network equipment

• Install, remove, and configure IT hardware

• Document IT assets and maintain operational standards

• Manage telephony user devices and support repairs

• Assist with server provisions and upgrades

Requirements:

• Two-year Computer Engineering Technology diploma

• 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Basic knowledge of network protocols

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Ability to carry and move equipment weighing up to 25kg
