In this vital role, you will work collaboratively with OCAS and Colleges Ontario's Policy and Innovation team. Your strategic leadership will guide the use of data in policy making and student services. With 8 to 10+ years in research and analytics, you will champion data-driven insights to support Ontario’s post-secondary institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic data initiatives for Ontario's colleges
• Analyze workforce and demographic trends impacting education
• Develop actionable insights to support decision-making
• Foster relationships with research and planning leaders
• Shape new data products and reporting capabilities
Requirements:
• Master's degree in relevant field;
PhD preferred
• 8 to 10+ years in institutional research or analytics
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical capabilities with complex datasets
