Advance your career as a Senior Design Specialist - Test with Teledyne Digital Imaging in Waterloo, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on designing test systems for high-performance imaging products.
At Teledyne, you will engage in critical testing tasks, ensuring product reliability and manufacturability. The Design Specialist is responsible for developing test infrastructure, analyzing performance trends, and supporting new product transitions into production. Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams, you will enhance testing effectiveness and reliability throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and modify test infrastructure for improved performance
• Analyze test results to identify trends and stability
• Develop new test plans for product coverage
• Implement new test setups aligning with product requirements
• Assign tasks to technical support associates and track progress
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science
• Proficient in LabVIEW, Python, SQL, and Mat Lab
• Understanding of semiconductor image sensor technology preferred
• Experience in testing high-performance camera systems is an asset
• Ability to prepare BOMs and testing documentation
