As a Senior Manager in Channel Measurement & Reporting, you'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in Marketing, Digital, Finance, and Technology. Your expertise in advanced analytics and performance measurement will transform data into actionable insights. You will engage in developing measurement frameworks, KPIs, and recommendations to enhance channel effectiveness and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own measurement frameworks for customer channels and journeys
• Establish KPIs to evaluate channel performance
• Develop data-driven hypotheses and insights
• Lead Power BI dashboard enhancements for reporting
• Communicate performance trends to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of analytics experience in financial services
• Proficient in SQL, SAS, Python, and Excel
• Strong understanding of KPIs and measurement methodologies
• Experience with executive reporting and data storytelling
