You will lead complex pricing projects while fostering relationships with business partners to enhance operational efficiency. Your mentor role will ensure the development of your colleagues while influencing the overall pricing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex rate change projects

• Develop various actuarial models and analyses

• Cultivate strong relationships with business partners

• Assist Pricing leadership in strategic roadmap development

• Deliver coaching and support to team members

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in property and casualty actuarial work

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics

• Proficiency in actuarial pricing and corporate concepts

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

• ACAS or FCAS designation preferred
