In this senior role reporting to the Director of Project Delivery, you'll be at the forefront of defining and implementing the Property & Casualty Business and Technology Roadmap. You will gather requirements, develop business cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective operational scalability while enhancing customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define long-term Property & Casualty strategic roadmap
• Gather and manage business requirements effectively
• Collaborate on solutions and product enhancements
• Lead and mentor Product Owners and Associate Product Owners
• Communicate project risks and status updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
• 3+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience
• Strong underwriting and product knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management
