Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager

Personal lines insurance expertise meets organized client service at Causeway Insurance in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Work in office five days weekly, full time.

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will service and grow a personal lines portfolio for Causeway General Insurance Brokers Limited. The work includes new business, renewals, endorsements, accounts receivable, coverage advice, and policy or claims inquiries. You will maintain broker management system records while collaborating with carriers, vendors, and colleagues.

• Service and grow a personal lines portfolio
• Handle new business, renewals, and endorsements
• Manage accounts receivable activities
• Advise clients on coverage and policy inquiries
• Maintain records and collaborate with partners

• Provincial insurance license, Level 1 or RIBO
• One to two years of insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Broker management systems experience; designations are assets
