Key Responsibilities:

• Issue purchase orders based on manufacturing demands

• Follow up on supply confirmations and manage delivery

• Resolve invoice discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy

• Generate reports for daily meetings and inventory oversight

• Support project reporting and cross-functional problem-solving

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing within manufacturing

• Background in Materials Management or similar education

• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage stress and multiple priorities
