HPS Sustainability Supply Chain Specialist

Take the lead on supply chain sustainability at Hammond Power Solutions as a Specialist. Engage in compliance and performance reporting to support HPS's responsible supply chain goals.

In this role, you will work closely with the Sustainability Manager to design and implement initiatives that align with environmental, social, and governance standards. You will establish relationships with suppliers while ensuring compliance and addressing sustainability challenges, making a significant impact on HPS's operations and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sustainability performance metrics and data

• Ensure access to supplier compliance certificates

• Assess supplier labor and human rights practices

• Perform sustainability assessments and follow-up

• Evaluate risks and opportunities in the supply chain

Requirements:

• Degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain or similar

• Experience in sustainability policy creation

• Strong understanding of supply chain impacts

• Ability to work in a global team environment

• Willingness to travel as required
