Transportation Optimization Analyst at Pival International

Pival International Inc. is seeking a Transportation Optimization Analyst to enhance logistics and supply chain solutions. This role involves analyzing supply chain data and collaborating across departments for better performance.

In this analytical role, you will report directly to the Director of Finance and work alongside Sales, Transportation Operations, and IT. Your mission is to leverage data insights to enhance supply chain solutions and drive financial outcomes. Strong communication skills are essential as you present findings to both internal stakeholders and key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze clients’ supply chain data to recommend solutions

• Prepare and present monthly revenue reports

• Maintain monthly KPIs and performance dashboards

• Collaborate with Finance and IT on contract accuracy

• Manage customer onboarding and compliance processes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field

• Proficient in MS Excel and BI tools

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Familiarity with logistics technologies preferred
