Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all shipment requests and rate bookings efficiently

• Track and manage shipment data systematically

• Plan and execute backup strategies for shipment delays

• Nurture relationships with carriers to enhance service quality

• Address service failures effectively and promptly

Requirements:

• 2 years of operations experience specific to trucking

• Experience with Full Circle TMS and 3G TMS

• Understand ISO
9001:2015 and ISO
14001:2015 standards

• Educational background in Supply Chain Management

• Strong proficiency in problem solving and communication
