As a key member reporting to the Sustainability Manager, you will develop sustainability strategies for supply chain management.
Your role focuses on evaluating challenges within the supply chain, ensuring compliance with HPS's Responsible Supply Chain Standard, and engaging suppliers on sustainability issues. You'll be responsible for gathering and analyzing valuable sustainability data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and report on supplier sustainability data
• Liaise on chemical product compliance certifications
• Assess suppliers for labor and human rights standards
• Conduct sustainability audits and follow-up on improvements
• Monitor trends, risks, and opportunities in the Supply Chain
Requirements:
• Degree in Environmental Science or related field
• 5+ years of sustainability or supply chain experience
• Strong project management and policy creation skills
• Knowledge of sustainability monitoring tools and trends
• Ability to collaborate in a virtual team environment
