Metro Supply Chain is seeking an Afternoon Operations Coordinator to streamline order fulfillment from 3pm-11pm. Utilize your WMS expertise to enhance operational efficiency from warehouse processes.

As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will report to the Operations Supervisor and carry out the essential order fulfillment work plan. This role emphasizes coordinating shipments, monitoring tasks via WMS, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. You'll play a crucial part in the accuracy and quality of operations, making your role vital in fulfilling customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate order batching and ensure deadlines are met

• Supervise WMS work queue for efficient task completion

• Manage inbound/outbound freight processes and logistics

• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience using Warehouse Management Systems

• Secondary school completion preferred

• Strong planning and results-oriented mindset
