• Respond promptly to shipment requests and rate inquiries

• Manage and record shipment data systematically

• Develop backup plans for shipment contingencies

• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and fleets

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years in an operations role in trucking

• Experience with Full Circle TMS

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management

• Knowledge of ISO
9001:2015 and ISO
14001:2015 standards

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
