Linamar Maintenance Program Coordinator

Become a vital part of Linamar as a Maintenance Program Coordinator, focusing on preventative maintenance and staff training. Shape crucial programs that ensure effective operations.

This role requires you to be the central liaison between maintenance and operations. You'll prepare and monitor maintenance plans while assisting in the training of maintenance personnel on vital techniques. A Millwright 433A License or equivalent experience is a must-have for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement preventative maintenance schedules

• Support the scheduling of maintenance activities

• Analyze work order completion ratios for improvements

• Ensure adherence to compliance checklists and standards

• Help manage spare parts inventory efficiently

Requirements:

• Must possess a Millwright 433A License or similar experience

• Knowledge of maintenance software is preferred (IFS an advantage)

• Excellent mechanical aptitude
