You will work under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager, leading a team dedicated to preventative maintenance and operational efficiency. This role emphasizes a strong commitment to safety and effective communication while assisting with capital projects and maintenance budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee maintenance team scheduling and repairs

• Maintain preventative and predictive maintenance processes

• Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions

• Foster a safety-conscious work environment

• Liaise with the Maintenance Coordinator for inventory control

Requirements:

• Must possess a Millwright Certificate or Electrician License

• At least 5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in dairy

• Familiarity with MP2 and MS Office tools

• Strong problem-solving skills involving PLCs

• Flexibility for on-call and weekend work
