Position: Fleet Maintenance Manager at Republic Services
Lead fleet maintenance operations with Republic Services, ensuring safety and compliance in equipment repairs. Oversee a dedicated team while managing maintenance policies for various fleet equipment.

As the Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance shop, personnel, and the entire fleet's upkeep. This role requires strong leadership to coach technicians and monitor performance, ensuring safe and efficient repairs are carried out. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with safety regulations and manage costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop fleet maintenance team members

• Direct technicians and plan all repair work

• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements

• Oversee ongoing preventive maintenance programs

• Conduct inspections of outside repairs for compliance

Requirements:

• Certification as Automotive Service Technician 310S / Truck and Coach 310T

• Experience in fleet or maintenance management

• Knowledge of heavy-duty diesel and hydraulic equipment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication and financial management skills
