Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct timely repair and preventive maintenance on building assets

• Oversee all routine and annual inspections of facilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve building system outages promptly

• Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance tasks

• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety practices at all times

Requirements:

• Community College Certificate in building systems or equivalent

• Three years of experience in building system operations

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Certified Pool Operator certification preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and provide effective communication
