Your role will focus on maintaining all facility assets and overseeing the upkeep of equipment, making sure our space is optimal for fitness activities. With a focus on cleanliness and member satisfaction, your skills will be key in delivering exceptional service in one of North America’s top fitness environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure prompt safety and maintenance of building systems

• Handle routine and preventive maintenance tasks efficiently

• Troubleshoot fitness system outages and prepare solutions

• Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance work

• Maintain health and safety standards throughout the facility

Requirements:

• Certificate in Building Environmental Systems or relevant experience

• Three years of continuous building system operation experience

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Pool Operator Certification preferred
