Position: Entry-Level Maintenance Labourer Role
Contribute to the success of Linamar Corporation as a Level 1 Maintenance Labourer. This entry-level position emphasizes facility cleanliness and supports essential organization initiatives.

As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for various tasks aimed at improving overall site cleanliness and organization. The role includes cleaning specific workstations, promoting 5S initiatives, and performing surface restoration and painting activities.

You'll work with the LPS Program Manager to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general housekeeping improvements throughout the facility

• Engage in workstation cleaning and maintenance activities

• Support 5S initiatives for enhanced workplace safety

• Perform touch-ups and minor restorations on facility surfaces

• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Interest in maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Ability to follow procedures and identify improvement areas

• Team collaboration skills for project support

• Flexibility to assist with various tasks
