Detail-Oriented Janitor

Talent World is seeking a dedicated Janitor to join a thriving manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong focus on cleanliness, ensuring all areas sparkle and shine. You will work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3 pm, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean shared spaces and keep them tidy

• Empty garbage bins and manage recycling

• Operate floor scrubber, vacuum, sweep, and mop

• Maintain outside property, including snow removal

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience in manufacturing

• Available for night shifts and able to lift 50 lbs

• Strong communication skills

• Follow directions and work efficiently

As a Janitor, your role will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees at the facility.
