Facilities Technician at Kenvue Ontario

Become a key player at Kenvue in Guelph, Ontario as a Facilities Services Technician. Perform vital maintenance and ensure operational excellence at our manufacturing site, all while working on-site.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain building systems and equipment. You will take charge of preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections, documenting findings and executing essential calibration tasks. Your responsibility includes responding to maintenance requests and coordinating vendors for specialized repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete preventive maintenance and calibration tasks on facilities equipment

• Oversee and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Troubleshoot and respond to on-demand service requests

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

• Issue and enforce safety permits for contractor oversight

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience

• Trade certification in Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing

• Strong knowledge of building systems

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience with computerized maintenance systems
