Elements Grand River Casino is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance operations. This role involves scheduling, supervising employees, and conducting property inspections to maintain optimal facility conditions. You will have the opportunity to participate in significant maintenance projects and offer strategic operational insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance
• Schedule work assignments for maintenance staff
• Inspect property systems, including heating and electrical
• Support complex maintenance projects and installations
• Assist with budget requests for improvements
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of maintenance supervision experience
• Post-secondary education in HVAC is an asset
• Ability to perform manual tasks including lifting 50 lbs.
• SIR, Smart Serve, or IGB Certificate required
• Computer literacy in MS Office
