Facilities Services Technician

Kenvue is seeking a Facilities Services Technician to uphold maintenance standards at our Guelph location. This fully onsite role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections of essential equipment.

As a Facilities Services Technician at Kenvue, you'll report to the Sr Maintenance and Facilities Manager. With 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, your expertise will be crucial for maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete preventive maintenance and calibration tasks

• Lead maintenance and repair of building systems

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and projects

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in facilities maintenance

• Recognized trade certification in a relevant field

• Strong knowledge of building systems

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
