Pay Rate: $22.00 - $23.00/hr

Our client, a leading distributor of food‑grade products, is currently seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Sanitation Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment in accordance with food safety and quality standards.

Job Duties:

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of production, warehouse, and common areas in accordance with food safety standards.
• Clean and disinfect equipment, machinery, floors, walls, and work surfaces using industrial cleaning tools and equipment.
• Follow sanitation schedules and documented cleaning procedures.
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and sanitation supplies.
• Remove waste, recyclables, and other materials from designated areas.
• Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
• Report any maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns to management.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support quality assurance and food safety initiatives, including GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Maintain accurate sanitation records and complete required documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably within a food‑grade facility.
• Ability to walk, stand, and bend within a large facility.
• Previous experience with industrial cleaning machines.
• Reliable transportation (no bus route).
