As a Cleaner at Homestead, you will dedicate 40 hours each week, including weekend shifts bi-weekly. Your responsibilities will cover sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas such as elevators and lounges. Attention to detail and reliable communication skills are essential as you adhere to established cleaning routines for tenant units and amenity spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum lobbies and hallways

• Maintain cleanliness in elevators and fitness rooms

• Clean tenant units during vacancies, including kitchens

• Perform winter snow removal duties

• Complete other cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Professional cleaning experience is preferred

• Ability to lift up to 20 kg

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
