Become a Die Maintenance Associate with JEC to oversee Total Productive Maintenance for stamping dies and equipment. Utilize your skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to support production and minimize downtime.
In this full-time role, you will read blueprints, participate in tooling design reviews, and perform maintenance of dies, transfer fingers, and chutes. Your ability to accurately document maintenance records is essential to enhancing the efficiency of the stamping department. Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• Investigate tooling-related issues and support production teams
• Disassemble, inspect, and repair tooling based on specifications
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of stamping tools
• Generate ideas for continuous improvement and better maintainability
Requirements:
• Certificate or degree from a technical school
• Experience in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
• Familiarity with machine shop tools and fabrication
• Ability to read instructions and present information clearly
• JEC Forklift License and Crane Training preferred
