This strategic leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of MTO design and delivery processes, ready to mentor teams and oversee significant infrastructure assignments. You will be accountable for project execution, ensuring effective collaboration across engineering disciplines to meet project milestones and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of MTO highway projects
• Direct multidisciplinary teams on complex assignments
• Manage risks, budgets, and quality metrics
• Lead strategic planning for P3 and alternative delivery models
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships in transportation
Requirements:
• P.Eng. designation;
Ontario preferred
• Minimum 15 years in highway infrastructure
• Expertise in MTO processes and project environments
• Strong leadership in risk and quality management
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
