Take on the Weld Associate role at JEC and engage in producing high-quality parts through hands-on machine operation and thorough inspections on a rotating schedule.
JEC is looking for motivated individuals to fill Weld and Stamping positions. As a Weld Associate, you will load machines, ensure product quality, and carry out preventative maintenance tasks. This role requires a strong attention to detail and offers the chance to learn with a dedicated team in a friendly atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load parts onto welding machines efficiently
• Inspect finished parts to maintain quality standards
• Execute basic preventative maintenance tasks
• Engage with team members for better results
• Learn and adapt to new technology and software
Requirements:
• Strong detail orientation and understanding of quality
• Capability to lift between 25 and 40 pounds
• Ability to work independently and within teams
• Positive attitude and willingness to work fast-paced
• No experience necessary; training provided
