Become an Experienced Transformer Stacker, where you’ll fabricate and assemble transformers with precision. This full-time role offers a lucrative starting pay with opportunities for shift premiums.
In this vital role, your expertise in welding and transformer assembly will be put to good use. Key responsibilities include constructing transformer coils, stacking laminations, and preparing all necessary components for assembly. You are expected to complete tasks independently, ensuring that quality remains at the forefront of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble complex transformers according to detailed specifications
• Insulate and stack laminations for transformer coils
• Execute core building and yoke pad preparations
• Work autonomously with a focus on assembly quality
• Handle both single-phase and three-phase transformers
Requirements:
• Must have prior welding experience
• Strong knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical properties of materials
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
