With five years of industry experience, you will ensure that machine operators are trained and equipped to meet production objectives. Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in wire and cable manufacturing

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Strong understanding of production processes

• Ability to manage and motivate teams

• Engineering Degree is an advantage
