Rail Saw Operator, Elora

• Safe and Accurate Machine Operation: ability to correctly start/stop the rail saw, measure parts accurately, cut to specified lengths, and double-check all measurements.
• Drilling and Part Identification
  
  Skills:
  
  identify correct drilling locations and properly drill parts according to drawings and specifications.
• Documentation: read and accurately complete all required documentation, including First-Offs, Routers, Drawings, Traveler Cards, and Production Reports.
• Use of MOM system.
• Quality Control and Process Monitoring: monitor the vulcanization process (gauges and temperatures) and ensure finished parts meet quality requirements, including proper stacking and banding.

• Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint diagrams.
• Experience operating an overhead crane, measuring devices, hand and power tools.
• Must have access to your own vehicle.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Pay: $23.50 per hour.
