* Job Responsibilities:

**** QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB:
*** Immediate, open position* $35.58 - $39.59 per hour
* Minimum one-year previous experience in a fast-paced production environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Completion of some post-secondary education in a technical field preferred
* Previous experience entering & manipulating data in Microsoft Excel
* Practical experience setting up Decoupled Molding processes with TPO, ABS, PC ABS and ASA assets
* Towmotor & crane license, RJG systematic certified or similar course. RGJ Mold an asset
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Flexibility to rotate between jobs as required
* Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
* Must be quality minded, safety conscious and reliable
** MAIN DUTIES:
*** Provides support to production and trouble shoots quality issues from a process standpoint
* Completes first off process
* Starts and shuts down press operation as required
* Answers to down time and cycle deficiencies in DDC
* Calls in support from appropriate resources as required (maintenance, Andon, Team Leaders)
* Reports out master inaccuracies
* Reports ongoing issues to Process and Production Team Leaders
* Attend Process Team meetings, when required
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
* Perform all job functions in a safe, healthful & environmentally conscious manner
* Perform other duties as assigned##
