Manufacturing Program Manager

Join Arrow Off Road in Guelph, Ontario as a Program Manager to oversee program launches and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Focus on APQP disciplines and optimize manufacturing processes.

In this role, you will lead and manage a team dedicated to enhancing manufacturing efficiency and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your responsibilities include managing engineering projects, resolving issues, and applying lean manufacturing principles. With your expertise, you will modify plant layouts based on customer requirements and spearhead initiatives to enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of manufacturing processes

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and timelines

• Develop continuous improvement and lean strategies

• Assist in commissioning new plant equipment

• Manage safety compliance in all operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a specialty area

• 8–10 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of GD&T and mechanical drawing

• Background in cutting, forming, and welding

• Willingness to travel if needed
