As the Paint Line Team Leader, you will oversee operations in the fabrication shop. This includes equipment setup, monitoring, and employee training to guarantee high-quality output. Your focus on safety and efficiency will support Arrow's commitment to excellence in manufacturing while fostering a collaborative work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate paint line for various jobs

• Troubleshoot paint equipment and tools

• Train operators in safe practices

• Propose process improvements for efficiency

• Communicate effectively with the production team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous painting or coatings experience preferred

• Strong attention to quality and detail

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

• Experience in manufacturing is an advantage
