Production Team Member at Dana Canada Corporation’s Mount Forest facility. Support the manufacturing of thermal products used in engine oil cooling, transmission cooling, charged air cooling, and active warm‑up applications.

• Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Wage: $21.00 /hour
• Shift Premium: $0.55 /hour

• Assemble and manufacture thermal components according to specifications.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work efficiently in a team‑oriented production setting.
• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and quality‑focused mindset.
• Good manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Positive attitude with strong reliability and attendance.

• Continuous standing and walking.
• Repetitive tasks and motions.
• Frequent use of hands and fine motor skills.
• Lifting between 5–15 lbs (occasionally continuous).
• Fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
