Plant Shift Supervisor

Position: Plant Shift Supervisor Role
Oversee off-shift operations as a Plant Shift Supervisor, focusing on safety and production efficiency. Enhance equipment functionality and streamline processes for optimal output.

In this dynamic role, you will supervise the plant during off hours, directly reporting to the Production Manager. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health regulations, monitoring production flow, and collaborating with Maintenance to resolve equipment issues. Participate actively in improving production techniques and maintaining effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce health and safety regulations rigorously

• Monitor equipment performance for production efficiency

• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues directly

• Coordinate daily communication with Department Supervisors

• Conduct regular Plant security tours and inspections

Requirements:

• Technical degree or diploma preferred

• Familiarity with control systems and manufacturing processes

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience

• Experience in wire and cable manufacturing is an asset
