Position: Nexans Plant Shift Supervisor Role
Oversee operations at Nexans during off-shift hours in a Plant Supervisor position. Ensure safety, quality, and smooth production while effectively managing equipment and process challenges.

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role requires supervising all plant areas while enforcing health and safety regulations. You will monitor scheduled equipment performance, ensuring production objectives are met. Collaboration with Maintenance is crucial for troubleshooting equipment and quality issues, minimizing downtime across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce health and safety regulations consistently

• Monitor equipment performance for efficient production

• Troubleshoot process and equipment challenges

• Maintain communication with department supervisors

• Conduct regular plant security tours and checks

Requirements:

• Technical degree or diploma preferred

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and control systems

• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience

• Experience in wire and cable production is an advantage
