Position: Order Selector for Tim Horton's Distribution
Help deliver a superior coffee experience at Tim Horton's as an Order Selector at our Guelph Distribution Centre. This full-time role focuses on accurate picking and assembling food orders on the night shift.

You will engage in hands-on manual picking of products while adhering to food safety protocols. This position operates on a Night Shift Continental schedule, where you'll assist in maintaining high production standards and a clean working environment while actively contributing to team improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and assemble food orders accurately and safely

• Use powered pallet trucks for loading shipments

• Keep workspace clean and organized

• Participate in initiatives for continuous improvement

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in a physically demanding job

• Experience with voice-directed picking is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and communication abilities

• Open to cross-training in various distribution roles
