Optimize production schedules with our team in a high-volume automotive setting. This Production Planning Associate role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and efficient material flow.
The Manufacturing Planner will manage production schedules while aligning them with capacity and material availability. You will work closely with departments such as Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics to prioritize orders and guarantee smooth delivery performance. Key skills include proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and a keen understanding of inventory dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage production schedules to meet customer demand

• Partner with internal teams for on-time delivery performance

• Translate plans into material and component requirements

• Monitor supplier delivery performance and inbound logistics

• Communicate risks and potential delays effectively
Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree in Supply Chain Management

• At least 2 years of planning experience in manufacturing

• Comfortable using MRP/ERP systems, specific PLEX experience a bonus

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Ability to work with BOMs and production data
