Insight Global is seeking a licensed Industrial Electrician to support electrical maintenance and controls systems within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving automated production systems, with a strong focus on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. This role is critical to ensuring uptime of electrical and automation systems across paint and assembly operations, while also supporting installations, standards, and apprentice development.
RequiredSkills and Experience
- 442A or 309A Electrical License
- Solid knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and HMI programming and controls
- Experience performing electrical and electronic troubleshooting on production equipment
- Ability to interpret and design electrical schematics
- Hands‑on experience completing electrical installation work, including:
- Control wiring
- Conduit installation
- Power wiring
- Motor control systems
- Experience performing preventative and predictive maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with MS Office for documentation and reporting
- Experience with Fanuc and/or ABB robotics
- Experience with in plastics and/or paint manufacturing environments
