Position: Maintenance Supervisor for Manufacturing
Join MEDA as a Maintenance Supervisor and manage maintenance operations within a leading Tier 1 automotive manufacturing firm. Drive equipment reliability and team performance in a fast-paced afternoon shift.

In this role at MEDA Limited, you will oversee maintenance operations, focusing on optimizing equipment performance and development of skilled staff, including apprentices. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with IATF 16949 standards and contribute to the success of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure equipment meets company performance standards

• Optimize maintenance staff operations for maximum efficiency

• Perform continuous improvement processes for product changeovers

• Maintain compliance with EHS and ISO
14001 policies

• Organize maintenance support for new product launches

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience

• Five years in manufacturing, three as a Maintenance Supervisor

• Familiarity with tooling and manufacturing processes

• Technical skills in troubleshooting automation systems

• Strong communication and MS Office skills
