Location: Guelph, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm – Full Time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person

• Perform expert fitting of parts and operate shop machinery including drill presses, milling machines, and hydraulic presses
• Utilize CAD or CAD Lite to design or interpret technical drawings for precise fabrication
• Install and repair boat systems and electronics, requiring advanced soldering techniques and technical troubleshooting
• Maintain a high standard of safety while using a variety of hand and measuring tools to ensure all components meet exact specifications
• Execute high‑quality MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on aluminum and stainless steel components

• Must have excellent aluminum and stainless welding and fitting skills – MIG, TIG and Stick
• Excellent soldering skills with familiarity with boat systems and electronics is an asset
• Must be skilled in the safe use of hand and measuring tools
• Skilled in the secure use of drill press, milling machine, hydraulic press, etc.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instruction and work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as required
