Guelph Manufacturing Labourer Position

We are currently looking for four individuals for our client’s growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be involved in essential production tasks, including assembling components and assisting in the powder coating process. Attention to detail and safety compliance are critical to maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately assemble metal parts using various tools

• Aid in loading and unloading parts from the paint line

• Perform quality control checks on all finished items

• Move raw materials and finished products as needed

• Ensure a clean and safe work area at all times

Requirements:

• Experience as a general labourer or in related fields

• Reliable commuting to Guelph, Ontario

• Flexibility for consistent afternoon shifts

• CSA approved steel-toed boots required

• Eligibility to work full-time in Canada
