Weld Production Associate

Location: Elora

We are currently recruiting for our Weld, and Stamping Departments. These vacancies are on a biweekly rotation of days and afternoons.
Required Education, Skills and

Qualifications:

Detail oriented individual who understands the concept and importance of quality
Able to lift up to 25 to 40 pounds with regularity
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with computers and confident in ability to learn new software
Positive attitude and enjoy working at a fast-pace
No experience required, training will be provided
As a Production Associate you will be part of the process that produces high quality parts for our customer including completion of our final product.
Weld Production Associate:
The essential job duties for a Weld Production Associate include loading the machine with parts, inspecting the quality of completed parts and basic preventative maintenance inside of the weld cell. As a Weld Associate you will work both independently and as part of a team.

Welding Experience is Not a Requirement.
* Stamping Production Associate:
The essential job duties for a Stamping Production Associate include setting up and operating stamping machines to trim, punch, shape, notch, draw, or crimp metal composite. As a Stamping Associate you will work both independently and as part of a team.
