Production Scheduler with Manufacturing Focus

Take the lead as a Production Scheduler, overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring efficient operations that meet customer demand. This full-time, in-person role emphasizes effective planning and resource coordination.

In this position, you will leverage your production planning experience, ideally 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment. Your responsibility lies in developing and executing schedules, coordinating between departments to optimize production workflow. You will play a vital role in monitoring inventory levels and maintaining high standards of efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop production schedules based on demand forecasts

• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure material availability

• Adjust plans as needed to optimize capacity and resources

• Track production progress and address bottlenecks

• Collaborate with logistics teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Expertise in material requirements planning (MRP)

• Skilled in using planning software and ERP tools

• Strong analytic skills for production data evaluation

• Knowledge of just-in-time inventory systems
