Manufacturing Process Technician

Position: Manufacturing Process Technician Role

We are seeking candidates with at least one year of experience in a dynamic production environment. You will be responsible for reporting discrepancies, completing process checks, and contributing to continuous improvement. Collaboration is key, as you will engage with team leaders and maintenance personnel to resolve operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot quality issues from a process perspective

• Start and shut down press operations as needed

• Report inaccuracies to designated leaders

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

• Adhere to safety and environmental standards

Requirements:

• Minimum one year in a production role

• High school diploma required; technical education preferred

• Towmotor and crane license preferred

• Strong computer and Excel skills

• Detail-oriented and safety-focused mindset
